在服务主导逻辑下,产业平台和销售平台作为两种主要的平台组织形式,聚焦于无形产品、共生关系的培育,重塑了产业链的环节,构建了平台加群落的生态系统式的新型产业链。它们作为新型产业链的双核,使得知识和技能在产业链内部实现良性循环。消费者作为信息资源的整合者,参与到生产革新、服务变革和产品价值创造与实现的过程中,成为企业不可或缺的合作伙伴。两类平台和新型产业链,构筑了新的竞争范式,分别对企业战略制定和产业变革提出了新的要求。
Under the service-oriented logic, industrial platforms and sales platforms are the two main forms of platform organization, focusing on the cultivation of invisible products and symbiotic relationships, reshaping the links in the industrial chain, and building a ecosystem-based new industry with communities and communities chain.
