葡萄干是深受群众喜爱的美味干果,尤其是新疆的绿色无核葡萄干,更为广大消费者视为珍品,畅销国内外市场。但由于新疆的绿色葡萄干系采用晾房自然荫干,受所需特殊气候等条件的限制,使葡萄干产区仅限于吐鲁番、鄯善、和田等少数地区,其产量远不能满足市场的需要。 哈密地区的天山南部平原绿洲,光热资源充足,昼夜温差大,年有效积温在4000℃以上,适宜于葡萄生长,各品种的葡萄鲜果品质优良,无核白鲜葡萄含糖量在20％以上。
