利用X射线、电镜及声发射技术等手段研究了W18Cr4V高速钢激光相变强化层的组织和性能。声发射测试表明,激光相变强化层的韧性较常规淬火回火的有明显的提高,且在640℃回火后有最佳的强韧化效果。本文对其强韧化机制进行了分析讨论。
The microstructure and properties of laser phase transformation strengthened layer of W18Cr4V high speed steel were studied by means of X-ray, electron microscope and acoustic emission. Acoustic emission tests show that the toughness of the laser phase-change strengthened layer is obviously improved compared with the conventional quenching and tempering, and the best toughening effect is obtained after tempering at 640 ° C. In this paper, its toughening mechanism is analyzed and discussed.
