依据“日光照射是发生黄褐斑的重要因素”与“雌激素和黄体酮增多进而刺激黑色素细胞而致色素沉着”的发病假说,现行的黄褐斑动物模型制备方法有紫外线照射法、雌激素全身攻击法和黑斑形成液注入法等,制备方法多样,目前尚无国内外公认的黄褐斑动物模型制备规范。本文从黄褐斑的中西医临床病症特点等方面对现有的黄褐斑动物模型进行归纳总结,探讨黄褐斑动物模型的制备规范,以期为黄褐斑的深入研究提供可靠的实验方法。
Based on the hypothesis that sunlight is an important factor in the occurrence of melasma and the incidence of hyperpigmentation induced by the increase of estrogen and progesterone in stimulating melanocytes, the current method for preparing the melasma models includes ultraviolet irradiation Law, systemic attack of estrogen and black spot forming fluid injection method, preparation methods varied, there is no domestic and international normative preparation of melasma animal model. This article summarizes the existing models of melasma from aspects of clinical symptoms of melasma and other aspects, and discusses the preparation specification of melasma models in order to provide a reliable experimental method for the further study of melasma.
