蛋白质分解活动低可使对胰蛋白酶分解极为易感的气荚膜杆菌 C(Cho-slridum Welchii type C)的 B 毒素导致本病。
This article proposes that necrotic enteritis occurs in the highlands of Papua New Guinea due to a lower level of digestive protease in the intestine of patients with low protein levels and the inclusion of heat-resistant trypsin inhibitor in staple sweet potato . Low levels of proteolytic activity lead to the B toxin of Cho-slidelum Welchii type C, which is highly susceptible to trypsin degradation.
