直线度是导轨几何量测量领域中一项基本内容,同时也涉及平面度、平行度等几何量的测量基础。导轨直线度方面的安全检测具有测量距离长、数据量大、实时性要求高、现场测试等特点。以准直激光束作为直线基准的测量方法近年来得到快速的发展,激光准直技术在直线度测量中已得到了广泛的应用。尽管激光准直技术存在激光光束漂移、光线弯曲、大气扰动等难以克服的问题,但伴随高精密仪器对导轨精度的要求越来越高,利用激光准直技术对长导轨直线度精确化测量已备受关注。
