黄河系高泥沙河流,含沙量变化幅度大,巴盟河套灌区从黄河引水,渠道含沙量随河水含沙量变化而增减,使渠道冲淤兼有。但三圣公枢纽兴建后,由于工程采取了拦沙及人工环流减沙等措施,使入渠沙量减少,出现了渠道以冲刷为主要矛盾的局面。渠道工程岁修养护也由清淤为主,转为护岸为主。多年实践证明打桩编柳与冲桩挂笆在渠道护岸中效果较佳,本文就这两项护岸措施的由来,应用效果,技术要求做概要介绍。一、打桩编柳与冲桩挂笆护岸措施的由来和演变打桩编柳来源于杨家河干渠,这条渠道设计流量为50秒立米,行水流量为20~60秒
