1993年统计,台商到大陆投资1万件,投资总额100亿美元,创历年来最高纪录.自1989～1993年,台商投资大陆累计1.5万件,投资总额157亿美元.1994开始,大陆采取单一汇率制度,台湾准备定点货物直航,均有利于两岸经贸发展.两岸经贸有进无退.但因两岸生活水平不同,经济发展阶段不同,造成在三资(独资、合资、合作)企业中存在着经营管理上的差距,亟需早日解决,以免双方受到损失.两岸经贸三资企业目前存在差距,纯系过渡时期现象,若能追根究底早日谋求对策加以改善,则有助于两岸经贸持续发展.
