如何设计和建立一套科学的、符合中国国情以及适应企业战略发展需要的绩效管理体系,对国内企业特别是国有企业来说,是一个全新而重大的课题。而绩效考核指标的设计更是绩效管理的基础,如何设计绩效考核指标关系到绩效管理额成败。本文从绩效管理基本理论出发,结合电力企业绩效考核体系的评估与问题分析的基础上,提出了企业战略指标、部门的关键指标以及员工的结果绩效指标和行为绩效指标的指标体系思路,对企业绩效指标体系的建立具有一定的导向作用。
How to design and establish a scientific performance management system that meets China’s national conditions and meets the strategic development needs of enterprises is a new and important issue for domestic companies, especially state-owned enterprises. The design of performance assessment indicators is the basis of performance management. How to design performance assessment indicators relates to the success or failure of performance management. Based on the basic theories of performance management and on the basis of the assessment and problem analysis of the performance evaluation system of electric power companies, this paper proposes the indicators system ideas of the company’s strategic indicators, the key indicators of the department, and the employee’s result performance indicators and behavioral performance indicators. The establishment of a performance indicator system has a certain guiding role.
