学以致用是目的;学习英语是为了更好地使用英语进行跨文化交际。渗透多元化学习是培养学生跨文化交际能力的有效途径,但教材在这方面承载的文化信息量有限。笔者认为,英语教师应充分发挥主导作用,在挖掘教材文化的基础上,补充相关的文化背景知识,尽量在英语教学的每个环节渗透跨文化知识。
Learning to use is the purpose; learning English is to better use English for intercultural communication. Permeation of diversified learning is an effective way to develop students’ intercultural communicative competence, but the limited amount of cultural information they carry in this regard. The author believes that English teachers should give full play to the leading role in digging the textbook culture, based on the relevant cultural background to add knowledge, as far as possible in every aspect of English teaching infiltration of cross-cultural knowledge.
