目的了解当前我国采供血机构和临床机构输血医技人员的科研能力现状和存在的问题,为建立适用于其科研能力培养的方法和可行性的培训模式提供依据。方法利用2012年6月本所与《中国输血杂志》编辑部举办的全国输血机构医技人员科研能力培养及医学论文写作研讨会,以调查问卷的形式,对来自全国部分血站和医院输血科(血库)的47名的个人基本情况、现有科研水准以及对此次会议的所学所感等情况做调查并对所获数据进行分析。结果参会的47名代表分别来自全国,5个省、市的中心血站(31/47)、医院输血科(6/47)以及输血研究所(10/47)3种机构的输血工作者。参会代表中本科以上学历者约占91.49%(43/47),其中本科学历占据主导地位,约为65.12%(28/43)。调查统计显示,多数参会输血医技人员在本职工作中发现可科学研究的内容,约为72.34%(34/47)。结论被调查者普遍具有较强的科研意识,然而实际工作中的种种限制因素,造成他们科研能力发展的局限性;因此应尽快建立适合于采供血机构及临床机构输血医技人员科研能力培养的方法和模式。
Objective To understand the status quo and existing problems of scientific research ability of blood transfusion doctors and technicians in our country nowadays, and to provide the basis for establishing a training mode suitable for their scientific research ability cultivation and feasibility. Methods Using the symposium held by the Institute and the editorial department of Chinese transfusion magazine in June 2012 to conduct scientific research capacity-building and medical essay writing in medical institutions for blood transfusion agencies in the country, questionnaires were used to evaluate the blood transfusion departments (Blood bank) of 47 individuals, the current level of scientific research and the sympathy of the conference and so on to do a survey and analysis of the data obtained. Results The 47 delegates were from blood donors (31/47), hospital blood transfusion departments (6/47), and blood transfusion institutes (10/47) in 5 provinces and cities nationwide respectively. . Participants representing more than bachelor degree or above accounted for 91.49% (43/47), of which undergraduate education dominated, about 65.12% (28/43). Survey statistics show that most participants blood transfusion medical staff in their own work found that the content of scientific research, about 72.34% (34/47). Conclusion The survey respondents generally have a strong sense of scientific research, however, the actual work of the various constraints, resulting in their limitations of scientific research capability; Therefore, should be established as soon as possible for blood collection agencies and clinical institutions of blood transfusion medical research ability training Method and mode.
