自1980年以来我们将高频电灼器的电灼头做了改良.以此治疗宫颈糜烂500例,其中未产妇117例,经产妇383例.为观察本法疗效,对受治疗患者随访了5～10年,无1例复发,有效率达100%。现报道如下.1 资料与方法1.1 临床资料1.1.1 一般资料:500例宫颈糜烂患者除部分为普查诊断者外其余均为我院1980～1990年门诊患者.年龄20～48岁,平均28岁.宫颈糜烂Ⅰ度50例,Ⅱ度251例,Ⅲ度199例;伴慢性宫颈管炎者4例,宫颈息肉者21例.1.1.2 改良后的高频电切器:①原电切器金属棒接高频电源,顶端送入宫颈管后可旋转.②在金
