机井双泵清淤在陕西省关中平原区已推广应用十多年,由于设备简单,操作方便,节约投资,对恢复旧机井,增大机井出水量效果显著,颇受群众欢迎。(一)机井双泵清淤的工作原理当高压射流冲击井底淤泥时,水流在井底形成水跃而翻滚,使淤泥和水充分混合形成浑水,然后再用水泵将浑水抽出并排走。这样借上、下循环水来清除井底淤泥,增大井下水深,使机井出水量增加。(二)射流对井底淤泥冲击力的计算由于下冲水流经过输水管垂直于井底淤泥面,故射流冲击力可按对称冲击射流公式计算:
