为了有效提高螺旋锥齿轮副的啮合质量,基于修根刀具对齿轮副进行了齿面优化研究。首先,构建了修根刀廓的齿面数学模型,设计并优化了刀具的几何设计参数,以此为基础建立了齿轮副的齿面数学模型;基于有限元软件研究了修根刀具对齿面接触应力的影响;最后,为了进一步验证修根刀具的作用,做了大量的加工与滚检试验。结果表明,采用合理的修根刀具可以大幅改善螺旋锥齿轮副的啮合质量。
In order to effectively improve the meshing quality of helical bevel gear pairs, gear tooth surface optimization was carried out based on the root cutter.
