目的应用诱发电位新技术探讨健康儿童感觉门控(SG)P50特点。方法应用美国Nicolet脑电生理仪,采用条件刺激(S1)-测试刺激(S2)模式对30名健康儿童进行听觉P50检测。结果健康儿童Cz脑区S1-P50潜伏期(60.7±11.9)ms,波幅(5.7±3.3)μV;S2-P50潜伏期(65.4±22.0)ms,波幅(2.4±1.3)μV。S2-P50波幅显著低于S1-P50(P<0.01)。S2/S1比值为(42.8±21.0)%;S1-S2波幅和100(1-S2/S1)波幅分别为(3.3±2.6)μV和(57.9±21.0)μV。结论听觉P50电位具有抑制性特征,其变化可反映大脑健康儿童SG的功能状态。
Objective To explore the characteristics of sensory gating (SG) P50 in healthy children by using new technique of evoked potentials. Methods The Nicolet electroencephalography (EEG) was used to detect the auditory P50 in 30 healthy children using the conditioned stimulus (S1) -test stimulus (S2) model. Results The S1-P50 latency (60.7 ± 11.9) ms, amplitude (5.7 ± 3.3) μV and S2-P50 latency (65.4 ± 22.0) ms and amplitude (2.4 ± 1.3) μV were found in healthy subjects. The amplitude of S2-P50 was significantly lower than that of S1-P50 (P <0.01). The ratio of S2 / S1 was (42.8 ± 21.0)%. The amplitude of S1-S2 and the amplitude of 100 (1-S2 / S1) were (3.3 ± 2.6) μV and (57.9 ± 21.0) μV, respectively. Conclusions The auditory P50 potentials have inhibitory characteristics and their changes may reflect the functional status of SG in healthy children.
