本文研究了利用AB-8型大孔树脂从金耳发酵液中分离得到的粗提物对II型糖尿病模型鼠的作用。金耳发酵液粗提物经双缩脲反应和硫酸蒽酮法测定,结果显示金耳粗提物蛋白质和总糖含量都为零,说明金耳粗提物是非多肽或多糖类化合物。采用链脲佐菌素诱导,高脂饲料胁迫诱导的二型糖尿病小鼠研究了金耳粗提物对II型糖尿病的作用。结果显示金耳粗提物具有显著降低链脲佐菌素诱导的高血糖小鼠血清中葡萄糖浓度的作用,极显著降低果糖胺和三磷酸甘油酯水平。其作用经统计分析显示有显著性差异;对体重的影响,金耳高剂量组达到显著水平(P<0.01)。
This study investigated the effects of crude extracts isolated from gold ear fermentation broth using AB-8 macroporous resin on type 2 diabetic model rats. The crude extract of golden ear fermentation broth was measured by biuret reaction and indoxyl sulfate method. The results showed that the protein and total sugar content of the crude extract of Jin ear were zero, indicating that the crude extract of Golden Ear was a non-polypeptide or polysaccharide compound. Using streptozotocin-induced, high-fat diet-induced type 2 diabetic mice to study the role of crude extract of Golden ear on type II diabetes. The results showed that the crude extract of Golden Ear had a significant effect of reducing the serum glucose concentration in streptozotocin-induced hyperglycemic mice, significantly reducing fructosamine and triglyceride levels. The statistical analysis showed that there was a significant difference in its effect; the effect on body weight was significantly higher in the Jiner high-dose group (P<0.01).
