目的:获得稳定的鼠伤寒沙门菌L型菌株,了解其超微结构。方法:用羧苄青霉素将5株鼠伤寒沙门菌诱导为L型,透射电镜观察其超微结构。结果:诱导出的鼠伤寒沙门菌L型呈典型的油煎蛋样菌落,菌体呈显著多形性,且难以回复。电镜下可见巨型体、球形体和丝状体多完全缺壁,少数有部分细胞壁残留。原生小体完全缺壁,部分呈空心状。有些巨型体内有大量原生小体产生。结论:获得的鼠伤寒沙门菌L型是细胞壁严重缺陷的稳定L型,是对其生物学特性和致病性进行深入研究的良好材料。
Objective: To obtain a stable L type strain of Salmonella typhimurium and understand its ultrastructure. Methods: Five strains of Salmonella typhimurium were induced to L type by carbenicillin. The ultrastructure of Salmonella typhimurium was observed by transmission electron microscopy. Results: The L type of S. typhimurium induced was a typical fried egg-like colonies, the cells showed significant pleomorphism and difficult to recover. Electron microscope shows giant body, spheroids and filaments more than complete wall, a few have some residual cell wall. Primary body completely missing, some were hollow. Some giant body has a large number of native body produce. Conclusion: Salmonella typhimurium L-type is a stable L-type cell with severe defects in cell wall. It is a good material for further study on its biological characteristics and pathogenicity.
