本试验用不同的稀土硅加入量对铁素体可锻铸铁进行孕育处理。考察了孕育剂对铸铁凝固时的促进白口能力;进行了第一、第二阶段石墨化热处理试验;测定了退火后的机械性能;并与铋孕育可锻铸铁作了比较。试验结果说明:加入适量的稀土硅可取代铋,在铸态促进白口的同时稀土硅可加速固态石墨化,从而缩短退火周期。机械性能与以铋孕育的相当。且略有提高。
This experiment with different amounts of rare earth silicon ferritic malleable iron inoculation. The effects of inoculants on the growth of white cast iron during solidification of cast iron were investigated. The first and second stages of graphitization heat treatment were carried out. The mechanical properties after annealing were measured. The results were compared with that of bismuth. The experimental results show that adding proper amount of rare earth silicon can replace bismuth, accelerating the solid state graphitization while accelerating the white mouth in the as-cast state and shortening the annealing period. Mechanical properties and bismuth nurture the same. And slightly improved.
