曾有报告,根据运动引起心电图 QRS 波振幅的变化,可作为诊断冠状动脉病的指标,但该法的特异性和敏感性低。本文作者将运动试验前后心电图 aVF 和 V_5导联 QRS 波振幅之差作为冠状动脉病的新指标,即 mm=(DR—DQ—DS)aVF+(DR—DO—DS)V_5,以提高诊断冠状动脉病的敏感性和特异性.作者观察二组病例:回顾分析246例和前瞻性研究160例.二者均作最大活动平板试验,并在运动试验后4个月内均作冠状动脉造影。结果表明:运动引起 QRS 波振幅的变化与冠状动脉病变
