城市规划设计所(简称“规划所”)是中规院总院的核心业务部门之一。主要业务范围为承担国土规划、区域规划、城镇体系规划、城市总体规划、分区规划、详细规划、各种专业规划的咨询任务,城市规划体系、程序、方法的研究,城市设计及居住区规划方面的研究,城市规划有关技术标准、技术法规的研究。近年来取得国家级、省部级全国优秀规划奖10余项,其中有影响的各类规划设计研究项目,如成渝城镇群区域空间战略规划和深圳、苏州、辽阳等总体规划,玉树抗震救灾总体规划,均获得各级领导和广大人民群众一致好评。并主持编制了《城市居住区规划设计规范》(国标)和《城市规划编制办法》(部标)等。 City Planning and Design Institute (referred to as “Planning Institute”) is one of the core business units of the Central Planning Institute headquarters.
