由于组成沥青混合料的矿质集料均有不同数量的孔隙 ,这些孔隙在沥青混合料拌和、摊铺和使用过程中均会吸收一定量的沥青结合料。沥青被矿料吸收后 ,其实际有效的沥青含量才真正起到形成强度的作用 ,因此如何评价集料吸入沥青数量就显得尤为重要。本文深入研究了集料吸入沥青数量评价方法 ,以便在沥青混合料配合比设计中得出正确的空隙率、骨架间隙率和沥青饱和度 ,从而满足路面性能的要求。研究结果表明 ,采用实测沥青混合料在 15 0℃、老化 4h最大理论密度的方法可以决定集料吸入沥青数量的多少
Since the mineral aggregates that make up the asphalt mixture all have different numbers of pores, these pores will absorb a certain amount of asphalt binder during the mixing, paving and using of the asphalt mixture. Asphalt is absorbed by the mineral, the actual effective asphalt content really played a role in the formation of strength, so how to evaluate the amount of aspirated asphalt aggregate is particularly important. In this paper, the method of quantitative evaluation of aggregate aspirated bitumen is studied in depth so that the correct porosity, skeletal porosity and bitumen saturation can be obtained in the mix design of asphalt mixture to meet the requirements of pavement performance. The results show that using the measured asphalt mixture at 15 0 ℃, the maximum theoretical density of 4h aging method can determine the number of aspirated asphalt aggregate
