[摘要] 目的 评价与分析新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控期间线上教学效果。
方法 采用同步听课与督导的方式及线上教学评价体系,对55名教师参与线上教学培训前后的教学效果进行评价与分析。
结果 55名教师培训前后线上教学效果比较差异有显著性(χ2=12.190,P<0.05)。培训后线上教学效果评价优良率为61.8%,明显高于培训前的32.7%,差异有显著性(χ2=9.337,P<0.05)。55名教师培训前后在教学理念、教学准备与教学仪态、在线授课、学习支持等方面均有变化,其中以学为中心、授课仪态、教学设计、互动设计、能力培养、信息化利用、考核与评价、教学衔接、课前与课后指导等方面变化更明显,与培训前比较差异有显著意义(t=5.721~9.667,P<0.05)。
结论 线上教学效果并不理想,但开展线上教学培训可显著提高线上教学效果。

EVALUATION AND ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECT OF ONLINE TEACHING DURING THE PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF CORONAVIRUS DISEASE 2019

[ABSTRACT] Objective To evaluate and analyze the effect of online teaching during the prevention and control of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) epidemic.
Methods The method of synchronous lectures and supervision and the online tea-ching evaluation system were used to evaluate and analyze the teaching effect of 55 teachers before and after online teaching trai-ning.
Results The 55 teachers had a significant change in teaching effect after training (χ2=12.190,P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of online teaching after training was significantly higher than that before training (61.8% vs 32.7%,χ2=9.337,P<0.05). The 55 teachers had certain changes in teaching philosophy, teaching preparation and deportment, online teaching, and learning support after training, with greater changes in learning-centeredness, teaching deportment, teaching design, interaction design, ability training, information utilization, examination and evaluation, teaching connection, and guidance before and after class (t=5.721-9.667,P<0.05).
Conclusion The effect of online teaching is unsatisfactory, while online teaching training can significantly improve the effect of online teaching.

在2020年春季新型冠狀病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)疫情防控期间,高等学校的教育教学工作受到了前所未有的挑战。教育部要求各高等学校积极开展“停课不停学”线上教学与线上学习等活动,以保证春季学期教学秩序和教学质量。为了贯彻落实党中央国务院决策部署和教育部工作要求,以及山东省教育厅有关疫情防控期间的教学工作安排,2020年2月17日开始,我校组织开展了多种形式的“课程全覆盖、教师全覆盖、学生全覆盖”的线上教学活动,实现了“停课不停学、教学不延期、质量不降低”的目标[1-2]。“停课不停学”是疫情防控期间的特殊之举,面对疫情带来的教学变革,学校、教师和学生都没有做好充分的组织上、管理上、思想上和条件上的准备。同时,教学环境、教学时空、教学方式、资源储备、教学规律、教学评价等的改变,直接影响线上教学质量[3-5]。为保证线上教学质量,实现线上教学与线下教学实质等效,我校对教师的线上教学的理念、教学准备与教态、线上授课方法与技巧以及学习支持等进行了培训。本文分析了线上教学培训前后55位教师的线上教学效果,现报告如下。
