综述近几年国内外有关β-Li_2TiO_3材料的结构、制备方法以及应用的研究进展。详细阐述β-Li_2-TiO_3材料的超胞结构,讨论可能存在的点缺陷,研究不同点缺陷对其超胞结构发育的影响;通过比较固相法、溶胶-凝胶法、燃烧合成法和水热合成法等制备β-Li_2TiO_3粉体的典型方法,指出关键在于改善湿化学工艺方法,使能获得超细粉体且保证超胞发育良好。分析β-Li_2TiO_3材料在氚增殖剂、锂离子电池、发光材料和微波介质材料等领域的重要应用。
The research progress of the structure, preparation and application of β-Li_2TiO_3 materials in recent years are summarized. The cell ultrastructure of β-Li 2 -TiO 3 was described in detail, the possible defects were discussed, and the influence of different defects on the development of the super-cellular structure was studied. By comparing the solid-phase method, sol-gel method, combustion synthesis method and water Thermal synthesis and other preparation of β-Li 2 Ti 3 O 3 powder typical method, pointed out that the key is to improve the wet chemical process, enabling the acquisition of ultrafine powder and to ensure the development of good cells.
