目的将原托品类生物碱(原阿片碱和别隐品碱)分别与盐酸、有机酸(苯甲酸、水杨酸等)制成盐,对获得的盐进行波谱分析。方法通过酸碱反应制备生物碱盐,获得的结晶进行1H-NMR、13C-NMR、1H-1H COSY、HSQC、HMBC测定。结果所获得5个化合物的波谱特征不是简单的酸碱两部分的叠加。结论波谱数据说明原托品类生物碱有机酸盐与原托品类生物碱无机酸盐相比产生了变化。
OBJECTIVE To make salts of original tropic alkaloids (protopine and fondylosine) with hydrochloric acid and organic acids (benzoic acid, salicylic acid, etc.) respectively, and analyze the obtained salts by spectroscopy. Methods The alkaloids were prepared by acid-base reaction. The obtained crystals were determined by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, 1H-1H COZY, HSQC and HMBC. Results The spectral characteristics of the five compounds obtained were not simple acid-base two-part superposition. CONCLUSIONS The spectroscopic data show that the organic acid salts of the original alkaloid alkaloids have changed compared with the original alkaloid inorganic acid salts.
