进行了氦氮二元混合工质在单级脉管制冷机中的实验研究。实验结果表明 ,氮组分在 3%~ 2 5 %范围内的氦氮混合工质都可以提高脉管制冷机的制冷性能 ,实验中观察到了氦氮混合工质在制冷过程中存在气 液相变和液 固相变温度 ,并得到氮组分在其三相点附近的温度平台。
The experimental study of the helium-nitrogen binary mixture in a single-stage pulse tube refrigerator was carried out. The experimental results show that the mixture of helium and nitrogen in the range of 3% ~ 25% of the nitrogen content can improve the refrigeration performance of the pulse tube refrigerator. In the experiment, it is observed that the mixture of helium and nitrogen has a gas-liquid phase The liquid-solid phase transition temperature is varied and the temperature of the nitrogen component near its triple point is obtained.
