目前,我国绝大多数公务员都保持着积极的思想观念。但是,我们也应当认识到,在网络化时代的背景之下,有些公务员的思想观念经受着外来的冲击,思想方面存在着偏差,影响了思想政治工作的开展。笔者在本篇文章中,就目前公务员的政治观念现状展开分析,深入探讨了思想政治工作中的问题,同时提出了解决的对策。 At present, the vast majority of civil servants in our country have maintained a positive concept of thinking. However, we should also recognize that under the background of the Internet era, some civil servants have suffered from external shocks in their ideological concepts and have deviated in their thinking. This has affected the development of ideological and political work. In this article, the author analyzes the current situation of civil servants’ political concepts, probes into the problems in ideological and political work in depth, and puts forward solutions to the problems.
