首先通过本社区管辖范围居民的健康普查,查出颈椎病人,为其建立单独的电子档案,然后医护人员与软件工程师结合,对颈椎病人的电子档案进行了智能化设计。结果电子档案内容分:患者的特征资料、病情记录、随访登记、病情定性、定量评估系统、报警系统、转送医院系统、留社区继续康复系统、回家自我保健康复系统。利用计算机建立颈椎病患者电子档案,具有细目查阅方便、内容存储量大、累计年限长的优势。这有利于患者跟踪服务,随时掌握患者的病情,及时采取相应的措施,稳定病情,阻止疾病的进一步发展。
