头孢噻甲羧肟(复达欣;Fortum)为第三代头孢菌素。对多种临床病原体,杀菌效力强大。特别对绿脓杆菌的作用居头孢之首。且对一般性抗生素不敏感的菌种亦有一定的抗菌作用。对β-内酰胺酶稳定,适用于许多单纯或混合感染。本文就其治疗晚期癌症并发胸(腹)腔感染结果进行考察,报道如下。1 一般资料我院应用复达欣治疗晚期癌症并发胸(腹)腔感染24例。其中男14例,女10例,年龄44～63岁。经确诊肺癌13
