通过扫描电镜和透射电镜观察了Cr5钢最终热处理后的碳化物形态分布、显微组织、断口形貌,在拉伸试验机、冲击试验机和洛式硬度计上对其力学性能进行测试。结果表明:最终热处理后组织中碳化物主要以M7C3为主,且尺寸相对细小,抗拉强度和硬度值随回火温度的升高而降低,伸长率有所提高;断口形貌由小准解理刻面逐渐向韧窝转变;回火温度为520℃时,抗拉强度、冲击功和硬度值分别为1490.24 MPa、211.8 J和51.7 HRC,与最终热处理前相比,性能得到明显改善(最终热处理前材料的抗拉强度、冲击功、硬度分别为1420 MPa、146 J、49 HRC)。
The mechanical properties of Cr5 steel after heat treatment were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The mechanical properties of Cr5 steel after heat treatment were tested by tensile testing machine, impact tester and Rockwell hardness tester. The results show that the carbides are mainly M7C3 and the size is relatively small after the final heat treatment. The tensile strength and hardness decrease with the increase of tempering temperature and the elongation increases. The cleavage facets gradually changed to dimples, and the tensile strength, impact work and hardness values were 1490.24 MPa, 211.8 J and 51.7 HRC respectively at the tempering temperature of 520 ℃, and the performance was significantly improved compared with that before the final heat treatment ( Tensile strength, impact energy and hardness of the material before the final heat treatment were 1420 MPa, 146 J and 49 HRC, respectively.
