在冰箱、空调等制冷设备修理中,经常有铝管和铜管要弯曲。由于管材在弯曲过程中易产生扁口(弯曲角度较大时,扁口现象特别严重,甚至产生死口),影响系统制冷;在扁口处,由于材料老化、设备振动(冲击碰撞)等原因,还易出现裂纹,引起泄漏故障。为了避免管子变瘪,我们制作了一种用于φ30mm 以下的管材弯曲用的工具。这个弯管工具实际上就是去掉两端挂钩的拉伸弹簧,其构思巧妙,使用效果很好。1.主要参数选择(1)拉簧内径按管材外径的公称直径决定。(2)弹簧钢丝材料及直径选用普通碳素弹簧钢丝。其直径d=K·D,K—系数,取0.08~0.12。管材直径大的选小值,直径小的选大值。(3)拉簧长度可根据弯管的需要,任意选择。
