目的了解新疆北屯农十师居民食用盐的碘含量,及时掌握该师居民户碘盐普及情况,动态评价人群碘营养状况及病情的消长趋势。方法对农十师9个团(矿)开展碘盐随机抽样监测,按GB/T13025.7-1999中的直接滴定法,对181、185和186团3个团进行重点监测,采用半定量检测法。结果随机监测的288份盐样和重点监测的915份盐样的碘盐合格率、碘盐覆盖率和合格碘盐食用率均为100.00%。结论农十师抽样碘盐全部合格,但对新疆居民因经济和生活习惯原因食用当地产土盐的问题应给予重视,并应不断提高对碘盐的检测水平。
Objective To understand the iodine content of salt consumed by residents in Beitun Nongshu of Xinjiang, to grasp the popularization of iodine salt in this household and to dynamically evaluate the iodine nutrition status and the trend of its decline. Methods The iodine salt was sampled and monitored by 9 groups (mines) of Nongzishi division. According to the direct titration method in GB / T13025.7-1999, three groups of 181, 185 and 186 groups were mainly monitored. Semi-quantitative detection law. Results The qualified rate of iodine salt, iodized salt coverage and qualified iodized salt consumption of 288 salt samples and 915 salt samples under the key monitoring were 100.00%. Conclusion All the ten samples of iodine salt in the Nongshishi division are all qualified, but the problem of consumption of local salt in Xinjiang due to economic and lifestyle reasons should be taken seriously and the detection level of iodized salt should be continuously raised.
