本文运用文献资料法,逻辑分析法,根据中枢性疲劳的定义,中枢神经系统疲劳的神经生物学机制和特点,从太极拳的养生理论,健身功效和对中枢神经系统的影响作了阐述。长期坚持太极拳运动锻炼,对缓解中枢性疲劳,提高中枢神经系统的调节具有相当的重要性。
Based on the neurobiology mechanism and characteristics of central nervous system fatigue according to the definition of central fatigue and literature review, this article elaborates the health theory of Taijiquan, the fitness effect and the influence on the central nervous system. Long-term adherence to Taijiquan exercise, to alleviate central fatigue and improve the regulation of the central nervous system is of considerable importance.
