[目的]分析师范大学生考试焦虑的影响因素及其特点,为师范大学生考试心理辅导的科学实施提供依据。[方法]采用修改后的《考前心理自我检查表》量表评定394名师范大学生的考试焦虑。[结果](1)性别、年级在担忧程度(W)、情绪分(E)、总体水平(T)上的主效应均显著,女生均显著高于男生,大二均显著高于大三(P值均﹤0.05);(2)考试类型在情绪分(E)上的主效应显著,期末考试的情绪分(E)显著高于大学英语四级考试(P值均﹤0.05);(3)性别与考试类别在担忧程度(W)、情绪分(E)、总体水平(T)上的交互作用均显著,性别与专业类型在情绪分(E)上的交互作用显著(P值均﹤0.05);⑷年级与专业类型在担忧程度(W)上的交互作用显著(P值均﹤0.05)。[结论]性别、年级、专业类型、考试类型均影响师范大学生的考试焦虑水平,期末考试或文科中的女生应给予特别关注。
[Objective] To analyze the influencing factors and characteristics of normal university students’ test anxiety and provide the basis for the scientific implementation of exam psychological counseling in normal university students. [Methods] The modified “Pre-test psychological self-checklist” scale was used to assess the test anxiety of 394 normal college students. [Results] (1) The main effects of gender, grade on W level, Emotion level and T level were significant, girls were significantly higher than boys and sophomores were significantly higher than those of juniors (P <0.05). (2) The main effect of test type on emotion score (E) was significant. The emotion score (E) of final exam was significantly higher than that of CET4 (P <0.05) There was significant interaction between gender and test categories in the level of anxiety (W), sentiment (E) and overall level (T), and significant interaction between genders and professional types in sentiment (E) (P < 0.05). (4) There was significant interaction between grade and professional type in the degree of worry (W) (all P <0.05). [Conclusion] The gender, grade, specialty type and examination type all affect the test anxiety level of normal college students. The girls in the final exams or arts should pay special attention.
