全球性的金融危机造成了失业率上升和就业压力增大,危机过后,经济缓慢复苏,各行业必将加快发展,人才短缺局面不可避免,未来企业最大的竞争将是人才竞争。企业要有超前眼光,积极抢占先机,科学储备人才,引进和管理优秀人才,为今后的竞争和发展积蓄力量。本文从人才对企业的重要作用出发,打破传统的招聘人才观念,提出新时期的引才观,并着重探讨人才管理在企业管理中的地位和作用,为企业科学管理人才提出行之有效的方法。
The global financial crisis has caused the unemployment rate to rise and the employment pressure to increase. After the crisis, the economy is slowly recovering. The industries are bound to accelerate their development. The shortage of qualified personnel is inevitable. The biggest competition for future enterprises will be talent competition. Enterprises should have a forward-looking vision, actively seize the initiative, reserve talents scientifically, introduce and manage talented people, and accumulate strength for future competition and development. Based on the important function of talent to the enterprise, this article breaks the traditional idea of recruiting talents, puts forward the concept of attracting talented persons in the new era, and focuses on the status and function of talent management in the management of enterprises. It puts forward effective methods for enterprise scientific management talents .
