根据变位齿轮噪音产生的原因,设计剃前专用刀具,控制变位齿轮剃齿前的加工精度及剃齿刀特殊修磨方式,有效地控制了齿轮噪音,根据实践进行综合利用。机床的噪音是零件制造的精度(如齿轮、轴、套等)、配套件的精度(如轴承等)、装配精度等综合精度反映。所以要对齿轮的精度提出很高要求。齿轮在机床中的用途主要是:传递速度,传递动力,传递扭矩和用于分度等。结合实际对设备、工装、刀具等影响齿轮噪音的各个环节进行了分析,重点阐述了加工误差对齿轮噪音的影响,介绍了具体的解决办法。
According to the reason of gear noise changing, the special tool before shaving is designed to control the machining accuracy before gear shaving and the sharpening tool special grinding, which can effectively control the gear noise and make comprehensive utilization according to the practice.
