目的:在Web of Science数据库中计量分析中药代谢组学领域的文献,为了解中药代谢组学的临床治疗研究现状提供参考。方法:在Web of Science数据库中进行检索,以“metabolomics or metabonomics”和“traditional Chinese medicine”为主题词检索,利用数据库提供的出版年、研究方向、国家/地区、机构、作者和来源出版物等条件进行分析,并分析文献引用情况。结果:获得结果 429条,文章发表量与引文数逐年递增;chemistry是该领域目前研究最多的方向;中国以世界文章发表量的92.308%名列首位。排名前10的机构均来自中国;其中,黑龙江中医药大学(12.821%)、中国科学院(10.490%)和中国药科大学(6.527%)文章发表最多。结论:中药代谢组学在临床诊断、治疗中具有重要作用,中国在中药代谢组学研究方面领先世界,美国和英国等发达国家在此方面也逐渐加深重视,但与中国还存在一定差距。
OBJECTIVE: To quantitatively analyze the literature of traditional Chinese medicine metabolomics in the Web of Science database, and to provide a reference for understanding the clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine metabolomics. Methods: Searching in the Web of Science database, using “metabolomics or metabonomics” and “traditional Chinese medicine” as the keywords to search, using database provided year of publication, research direction, country / region, institution, author and Source publications and other conditions for analysis, and analyze the literature references. Results: 429 results were obtained, with the number of articles published and the number of citations increasing year after year. Chemistry was the most studied direction in the field at present. China ranked first with 92.308% of the published articles in the world. Top 10 institutions are from China; among them, Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (12.821%), Chinese Academy of Sciences (10.490%) and China Pharmaceutical University (6.527%) published the most articles. Conclusion: Metabolomics of traditional Chinese medicine plays an important role in clinical diagnosis and treatment. China leads the world in the study of traditional Chinese medicine metabolomics. Developed countries such as the United States and Britain have gradually deepened their attention in this aspect. However, there are still some gaps with China.
