阿司匹林抵抗的研究现状及工作启示

目的阿司匹林抵抗现象备受临床关注,药物抵抗的产生增加了缺血性事件的发生率和死亡率。为促进临床合理用药,降低不良反应的发生风险,临床药师需对阿司匹林抵抗的研究现状进行了解。方法笔者以“阿司匹林”、“抵抗”等为关键词,通过检索Pubmed、CNKI及万方数据库,筛选近5年发表的与阿司匹林抵抗的定义、发生机制及检测方法有关的国内外文献,以全面了解这一现象的研究现状。结果目前,“阿司匹林抵抗”的定义尚不明确,研究者多侧重从分子生物学角度探讨其发生机制。现有的血小板功能检测方法多种多样、各有利弊,大大增加了临床选择难度。结论临床药师只有在充分了解其研究现状的基础上,结合学科背景,才能把握后续研究的突破口,全面评估和解读实验室检测数据,为个体化用药提供帮助。 Objective aspirin resistance has received much clinical attention, and the emergence of drug resistance increases the incidence and mortality of ischemic events. In order to promote clinical rational use of drugs and reduce the risk of adverse reactions, clinical pharmacists need to understand the current status of aspirin resistance research. Methods The authors used “aspirin” and “resistance” as the key words. By searching Pubmed, CNKI and Wanfang database, the author screened the definition, mechanism and test method of aspirin resistance published in recent 5 years Literature, in order to fully understand the research status of this phenomenon. Results Currently, the definition of “aspirin resistance” is not yet clear. Researchers mainly focus on the mechanism of molecular biology. Existing methods for detecting platelet function vary widely, each with its own advantages and disadvantages, which greatly increases the difficulty of clinical selection. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists can grasp the breakthrough point of follow-up research, evaluate and interpret laboratory test data in an all-round way, and provide assistance for individualized medication only on the basis of full understanding of the current research status and combination of academic background.
