目的 :观察 Orbscan生物测量系统在测量角膜厚度、前房深度等方面的临床应用价值。方法 :选择 2 5 0人共 5 0 0眼 ,采用 Orbscan生物测量系统进行检查 ,通过计算机分析建立眼前部的三维立体图像 ,分别计算中央、距中心 1.5 mm、 2 .5 mm,3 .5 mm、 4 .5 mm处的平均角膜厚度值及前房深度值。并对各不同年龄组之间的各处平均角膜厚度及前房深度值分别进行比较。结果 :各年龄组之间 ,中央、距中心 1.5 mm、 2 .5 mm、 3 .5 mm、 4 .5 mm处的前房深度值均存在着显著性差异 ,而各年龄组角膜同一部位的厚度基本一致 ,经统计学处理其差异显著性意义。结论 :Orbscan生物测量系统是一种无创伤性的眼前部生物测量仪器 ,它测量结果果覆盖范围广 ,精确性高 ,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective: To observe the clinical value of Orbscan biometrics in measuring corneal thickness, anterior chamber depth and so on. Methods: A total of 500 eyes of 250 were selected and examined with the Orbscan Biometrics System. The three-dimensional images of the anterior eye were established by computer analysis. The central, 1.5 mm, 2.5 mm, 3.5 mm , Average corneal thickness at 4.5 mm and anterior chamber depth. The average corneal thickness and anterior chamber depth values were compared among various age groups. Results: There was a significant difference in the depth of anterior chamber between 1.5mm, 2.5mm, 3.5mm and 4.5mm from the center of each age group, while the average corneal thickness The thickness of the same, statistically significant difference between the significance of treatment. Conclusion: The Orbscan biometrics system is a noninvasive biological measurement instrument in the anterior occipital region. The measurement results cover a wide range of fields with high accuracy and high application value.
