焊接质量对预应力钢绞线的生产及使用性能的影响很大。将盘条切成指定尺寸并通过电阻对焊制成拉伸试样,按拉伸断口出现的位置(焊接夹钳、焊缝、热影响区)进行分类,借助扫描电镜、能谱分析仪及光学显微镜,对断口形貌、微观组织及微区成分进行定性分析。结果表明,焊接夹钳及盘条端面的清洁程度、焊接工艺参数及焊后热处理均对焊接质量有很大的影响,并提出了相应的改进措施。该工作对提高预应力钢绞线的生产效率及使用性能有着及其重要的意义。
Welding quality of prestressed strand production and use of a great influence on performance. The wire rod was cut into the specified size and made into a tensile specimen by resistance welding, classified according to the location where the tensile fracture occurred (welding clamp, weld, heat-affected zone), and by scanning electron microscope, energy spectrum analyzer Optical microscopy, qualitative analysis of fracture morphology, microstructure and micro-zone composition. The results show that the cleanliness of the welding clamp and the end surface of the wire rod, the welding process parameters and the post-weld heat treatment all have a great influence on the welding quality, and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward. This work is of great significance to improving the production efficiency and serviceability of prestressed steel strand.
