理性主义禁锢了人的情感,艺术审美作为理性桎梏的消解力量,历来备受人们肯定。而德国现代文学家托马斯·曼在其中篇小说《死于威尼斯》中却给我们敲了一记警钟:当艺术家在现实生活中审美的时候,很难抵御本能欲望的诱惑;当艺术家在审美中抛弃道德伦理的时候,必将堕落甚至毁灭。这是艺术家在现实层面不得不面对的审美困境。
