目的评价某锅炉厂管子厂房通风系统改造后除尘的效果,为机械行业职业病危害防护设施设备设置提供科学依据。方法分别对改造前后车间内电焊烟尘、锰及其化合物浓度进行个体检测和定点检测,并对粉尘和锰及其化合物的浓度及合格率进行分析和评价。结果改造前后个体检测电焊烟尘的时间加权平均浓度(C_(TWA))的差异无统计学意义(t=0.277 2,P>0.05),电焊烟尘超标率的差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.76,P>0.05);定点检测电焊烟尘短时间接触浓度(C_(STEL))的差异无统计学意义(t=1.290 4,P>0.05),电焊烟尘超标率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。改造前后个体检测锰及其化合物的C_(TWA)的差异无统计学意义(t=0.168 7,P>0.05),锰及其化合物超标率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);定点检测锰及其化合物C_(STEL)的差异无统计学意义(t=1.259 9,P>0.05),锰及其化合物超标率的差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.96,P>0.05)。结论该企业管子厂房通风系统改造后未达到预期效果,建议企业进一步改进,以达到通风除尘效果,保护劳动者健康。
Objective To evaluate the effect of dedusting after the ventilation system of a boiler plant pipe factory is modified so as to provide a scientific basis for setting up equipment for protection of occupational hazards in the machinery industry. Methods The concentrations of soldering fumes, manganese and their compounds in the workshop before and after the reformation were individually tested and detected by spot test. The concentrations and passing rates of dust, manganese and their compounds were also analyzed and evaluated. Results There was no significant difference in time-weighted average concentration (C TWA) between the two groups (t = 0.277 2, P> 0.05), and there was no significant difference between the two groups (χ ~ 2 = 0.76, P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (t = 1.290 4, P> 0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups > 0.05). There was no significant difference in C_ (TWA) of manganese and its compounds detected before and after transformation (t = 0.168 7, P> 0.05), and there was no significant difference between the manganese and its compound excess rates (P> 0.05) Manganese and its compounds C_ (STEL) showed no significant difference (t = 1.259 9, P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in the excess rates of manganese and its compounds (χ ~ 2 = 0.96, P> 0.05). Conclusion The ventilation system of the pipe plant of this enterprise has not achieved the expected results after the renovation, and it is suggested that the enterprises should further improve the ventilation and dust removal to protect the health of workers.
