看着日历一页页翻向那个打着圈的开学报到日期,我在庄臣全职实习的日子快要结束了。可以说,我很幸运能获得在外企实习的机会,虽说这段实习经历占用了我整个暑假,但我得到了更多:合理的报酬、同事的友谊、光彩的履历和一件头等重要的事——我找到了外企里面最适合自己的企业文化氛围。在开始这次实习前,我没有任何外企或是本专业的实习经历,幸运地拿到录用通知时虽然很高兴,但心中也不免有些忐忑——我能融入工作团队吗?我能适应外企的快节奏工作吗?我能与比我年长且资历很深的同事和睦相处吗?当时 Looking at the calendar page turned to the opening date of that lap, my full-time internship at SC Johnson was almost over. I can say that I was fortunate enough to get an internship in a foreign company. Although this internship took up my entire summer vacation, I got more: reasonable remuneration, co-worker friendship, glorious resumes and a top priority - I found the most appropriate corporate culture inside the foreign company. Before I started this internship, I did not have any foreign or professional internship experience. Although I was fortunate enough to get a job offer notice, I could not help but feel shy - can I integrate into the work team? Fast-paced work? Can I get along well with my older and well-qualified colleague?
