班级群体,是在学校环境中围绕一定目标互动的,为满足学生成长需要所组成的相互依赖、相互影响的学生集合体,是学生个性发展的影响源。班级群体心理,是一个班级中所存在的心理环境,因班级群体比学生个体规模要大,所以其对班级建设与发展产生的影响也远远大于个体。如果教师只关注对学生个体的心理关怀,而忽视了个体所置身的学生群体,那么,这种关怀很可能是低效甚至是完全无效的。当前,高年级群体心理问题及其辅导对策已经成为小学班主任关注的重点。
Class groups, which are interactive around a certain goal in a school environment, are interdependent and influential student assemblies to meet the needs of students’ growth. They are the source of influence on individual personality development. Class psychological group, is a psychological environment exists in the class, because the class size larger than the individual students, so its impact on class construction and development is far greater than the individual. If the teacher only cares about the psychological care of individual students and ignores the individual student groups, then such care may be inefficient or even totally invalid. At present, the psychological problems of senior people and their counseling strategies have become the focus of primary school teacher in charge.
