国内用呋喃—Ⅰ型树脂做热芯盒制芯的粘结剂,已很普遍。但由于呋喃—Ⅰ型树脂含氮,对于球铁或铸钢件易产生皮下气孔,故国内个别工厂,只得采用不含氮的呋喃—Ⅱ型树脂,生产铸钢件砂芯,即热芯盒法制得的实心砂芯。本试验是用无氮热固化呋喃树脂做热芯盒法制芯的粘结剂,做出球铁砂型用的壳芯,这在国内还是未曾有过的。经过多次试验,浇出了某产品铸件,通过各项性能检验,不仅符合原产品的质量要求,而且,比原工艺在提高产品质量和生产效率,降低工人劳动强度,节约能源方面均有显著效果,综合成本亦有降低。劳动环境也大有改善。
