建立速率方程模型对高功率Tm:YAG激光器的输出特性进行了模拟计算,与不同温度及输出率条件下激光输出特性试验结果进行了对比和分析。理论模拟与实验较好吻合表明理论模型能较好地模拟Tm:YAG激光器输出特性;模拟结果表明温度升高极大影响激光输出效率。Tm:YAG激光器可实现大能量调Q脉冲输出且脉宽可通过损耗大小调节,满足不同应用需求。
The rate equation model was established to simulate the output characteristics of the high power Tm: YAG laser, and the laser output characteristics under different temperature and output rate were compared and analyzed. The good agreement between theoretical simulation and experiment shows that the theoretical model can well simulate the output characteristics of Tm: YAG laser. The simulation results show that the temperature increase greatly affects the laser output efficiency. Tm: YAG laser can realize high-energy Q-switched pulse output and pulse width can be adjusted by the loss size to meet different application requirements.
