目的 :以四氯苯酐为原料 ,经缩合、氟化合成重要中间体 N-苯基四氟邻苯二甲酰亚胺。方法 :采用氟化钾为氟化剂 ,研究了氟化反应过程中相转移催化剂、溶剂和反应时间对氟化物转化率的影响。结果 :以 DMF为溶剂 ,加入相转移催化剂 PEG- 6 0 0 0 ,反应时间 8小时 ,温度控制在 15 0℃ ,收率可达 86 %。结论 :反应条件温和 ,适用于工业化生产
OBJECTIVE: To synthesize N-phenyltetrafluorophthalimide, an important intermediate, by condensation and fluorination using tetrachlorophthalic anhydride as raw material. Methods: The effects of phase transfer catalyst, solvent and reaction time on the conversion of fluoride were studied using potassium fluoride as fluorinating agent. Results: DMF was used as the solvent and phase transfer catalyst PEG-6000 was added. The reaction time was 8 hours and the temperature was controlled at 150 ℃. The yield was 86%. Conclusion: mild reaction conditions, suitable for industrial production
