在有效质量近似下,采用无限深势阱模型研究了强受限范围内球形、圆柱形、立方形半导体量子点的形状对受限激子的影响.结果表明对于采用体激子的等效Rydberg能量R比较大的材料制备的量子点,其形状带来的影响是显著的.
Under the effective mass approximation, the influence of the shape of the quantum dots with spherical, cylindrical and cubic semiconductors on the confined excitons under intense confinement is studied by the infinite depth trap model. The results show that the effect of the shape of the QDs on quantum dots prepared by using the equivalent Rydberg energy R of bulk exciton is remarkable.
