用组织学和组织化学的方法观察了BALB/c小鼠胚胎(Ed14)至成年十二指肠的发育分化过程。结果如下:1.Ed14~15,肠壁上皮细胞增殖并突向肠腔(原发腔),同时上皮内出现小腔隙(继发腔)。Ed16~17,上皮表面纹状缘逐渐明显,间充质向上皮基底面突入,继发腔与原发腔相通,形成原始绒毛。Ed19时,原始绒毛发育成指状绒毛。生后2周末,肠壁形态结构接近成年。2.生后1周末,可见潘氏细胞,所含颗粒较小;4周末时,颗粒大小似成年。3.杯状细胞出现于Ed16时。生后4周末,其数量和分布同成年相近。4.Ed15~17,许多酶相继出现阳性反应,生后4周末,酶活性接近成年水平。
The development and differentiation of BALB / c mouse embryos (Ed14) into adult duodenum were observed histologically and histochemically. The results are as follows: 1. Ed14 ~ 15, intestinal epithelial cells proliferate and protrude into the intestine (primary cavity), while the small epithelial epithelium (secondary cavity). Ed16 ~ 17, epithelial surface of the striatum gradually obvious mesenchyme protruding into the basal surface of the epithelium, the secondary cavity and the primary cavity connected to form the original villi. Ed19, primitive villi develop into finger villi. 2 weeks after birth, intestinal wall morphology close to the adult. 2. 1 week after birth, Paneth cells can be seen, containing smaller particles; 4 weekend, particle size similar to adult. 3. Goblet cells appear on Ed16. 4 weeks after birth, its number and distribution similar to the same adult. 4. Ed15 ~ 17, many positive reactions have emerged in succession, after 4 weeks of life, enzyme activity close to the adult level.
