云南存在家、野两型鼠疫自然疫源地。两型疫源地的媒介过去一直未得到实验室证实。本研究应用动物模型及膜饲养方法对云南两型疫源地的七种主要蚤种,以各自疫源地强毒鼠疫菌株和相应宿主动物进行了感染率、集群传疫率、媒介效能、媒介指数、感染和非感染蚤的生存期限以及对人的嗜血性等试验研究。结果表明:(1)印鼠客蚤有11.1%的栓塞蚤具有形成两次菌栓的能力,集群传疫率达100%,传
There are natural foci of plague at home and wild type in Yunnan. The media of both types of foci have not been laboratory-proven in the past. In this study, the animal model and membrane feeding methods were used to investigate the infection rate, cluster transmission rate, vector potency, medium efficiency of seven main flea species in two types of foci of Yunnan, Index, duration of infection and non-infected fleas, as well as human haemophilia and other experimental studies.
