上海有色金属研究所继YY—17型铜管涡流探伤设备研制成功之后,又研制成功了WS—1型和WTS—400型等适用于轴承钢棒及其他合金钢棒的涡流探伤设备。在国内首次将不需加磁饱和的旋转式涡流探伤技术应用于轴承钢棒生产检验获得成功。经重庆特殊钢厂等生产检验使用近两年来,证明性能稳定可靠,对提高劳动生产率,减轻劳动强度,保证产品质量具有实际效用。 WS—1型涡流探伤设备技术性能: 灵敏度:0.15×0.15×30mm(矩形槽);
Following the successful development of the YY-17 copper tube eddy current testing equipment, the Shanghai Institute of Nonferrous Metals also developed the eddy current testing equipment suitable for bearing steel bars and other alloy steel bars, such as WS-1 and WTS-400. For the first time in China, rotary eddy-current inspection technology without magnetic saturation is applied to the test of bearing steel bar production to be successful.
